A VITAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR CGT MANUFACTURING

The International Society for Cell & Gene Therapy (ISCT) and The National Science Foundation (NSF) Engineering Research Center for Cell Manufacturing Technologies (CMaT) led by the Georgia Institute of Technology are pleased to launch the first joint-training program of our partnership, Workforce Development in Biomanufacturing – A Global Partnership with ISCT and CMaT.
Developed by field experts from academia, regulatory, clinical, and commercial domains, this program provides a vital training opportunity to upskill key personnel for roles within companies and clinical manufacturing centres across the Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) sector.
REGISTRATION
This program is designed for the existing biomanufacturing workforce, entry level personnel, graduate and advanced undergraduate students, as well as those entering from another field, to develop the fundamental skillset and knowledge unique to CGT manufacturing.

PROGRAM FORMAT
- Asynchronous lectures composed of Theory and Application components
- 1 LIVE Expert Panel Discussion and Q&A session per module
- A certificate of completion is attainable for each module upon completion of the module assessment

Module 1: Stem Cell & Immune Cell Engineering and Therapies
Module 2: Quality Assurance & Regulatory Framework
Module 3: Cell Bioprocessing & Manufacturing
Module 4: Cell Product Characterization & Importance of Standards
Each module includes a series of asynchronous lectures comprised of Theory and Application components as well as a LIVE Expert Panel Discussion and Q&A Session.
